Easy and friendly. And Dr Matthews helped evaluate some issues that other Drs had looked over or shrugged off and is helping to finally fix some of those issues. He is honest and upfront.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful from appointment setting through the comprehensive exam and choosing new frames. Dr. Matthews thoroughly explained the exam results and issues.

The staff was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested and enthusiastic about the choices of my classes and our conversations. They were very safe, the door was locked so they would individually let us in and temperature check us and give us hand sanitizer before entering.

Dr. Matthews and staff are the best. LensCrafters treated me like a number, but Midway makes me feel like family. Wish I would have visited sooner. Looking forward to next year :)

I love Dr Matthews and his lovely staff. I moved to IB 2 years ago and went to a local optometrist. He was really nice but the front staff was not as pleasant. I came back and told Dr Matthews that I strayed and will never stray again. I will keep coming back every year.
